Who processes your data

The data controller is Beatriz Viamonte, trading as Studio Beatriz Viamonte, reachable at aulas@beatrizviamonte.pt.

What data is collected

Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), preferred format, experience level, availability and goals you provide.

Student area: data needed to manage lessons, bookings, progress journals, surveys and payments as part of the teaching relationship.

What it is used for

To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a student, to organise and follow up on lessons, communications and related billing.

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to the server.

How long data is kept

Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to respond to it. Student data is kept for the duration of the teaching relationship and for the period required by applicable legal obligations (for example, tax records).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or request portability of your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact aulas@beatrizviamonte.pt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
